Customer service is a top priority at Troposphere Vapors. You may return defective items within 30 days of received by date as indicated by your tracking information. Our policy covers any manufacturer defective items, dead on arrival items and items that do not appear as listed on the website. Items damaged by miss-use or improper care are not covered by our policy! If you received items that you do not know how to use, please feel free to contact us for proper care instructions and more in depth information on your items. We are happy to help.
Our returns policy excludes cartomizers, tanks, and atomizers. Please note that return shipping is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received wrong item(s). Should you receive the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 30 days from the shipped date to our Returns address after contacting us, in most cases a return label will be provided to you. .
Upon receipt of your return, our Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. Returns must include all items that come with your item, this goes for starter kits and items that come as sets. If still available please include the packaging that your item came in.
All returns are subject to case by case exceptions. Please contact us if you are having a problem with your items and we will do our best to help you.
How to return to Troposphere Vapors
Securely pack your merchandise in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible).

Please allow 10 days from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
When will my order be shipped?
There is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders regardless of their shipping method. However, we strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible.
We process orders from 8:30AM ET - 4PM ET on weekdays and 8:30AM ET - 12PM on Saturdays.
We do not process orders on Sunday and major U.S holidays.
Our daily shipping cutoff time is 4PM ET. If you receive a tracking number after our cutoff time, then your order was prepared but may not have left our facility.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 States in the U.S, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses.
FEDEX® does not ship to PO BOXES or military addresses.
All orders are shipped from Woodside NY, 11377.
Please note: Orders of $400 or more will be shipped to the cardholder's verified billing address. If we are unable to verify this address, the order will be cancelled without notice. Orders of $200 or more are shipped with signature confirmation (Someone must be available to sign for the package).

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your account. This information can also be viewed when logged into your account in the "my account" page or by clicking here.
Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation (USPS version of tracking) for your package has not updated in a few days. USPS delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sort facility or your local post office. There are no updates in between. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office. Find your local post office here.
USPS offers speedy and reliable service at a low cost. However, they can and will occasionally make the mistake of mis-routing a package. Unfortunately these errors are out of our control and we are not responsible for errors or delays by USPS.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.
How are replacement parts shipped?
ALL replacement shipments and warranty shipments are shipped using USPS First Class Mail.
